CatchlightSB . Fusing her love of photography and writing, Catchlight became a way to deepen conversations around parenting. Within a short time, she extended her blog to include reviews for local musicians and independent films through the Santa Barbara Film Festival, as well as musings on her diverse travel. Catchlight became a launching pad for enriching conversations and connections between people, as Anna shared introspections on what is both challenging and beautiful in life, especially from the perspective of a parent.
“Light Sessions” was born from the idea that these conversations between parents, could extend into live, group settings. Light Sessions seeks to support parents at all stages by providing a place to listen, share and learn from one another.
Anna is co-founder of SB Support Network, a community-based volunteer group in Santa Barbara.
